Our shipping costs depend on weight; please refer to the table below for costs.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 2-4 days, and for deliveries abroad within 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

For individual items, shipping costs may differ from the table above due to their nature; this will be indicated separately on the respective product page.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases, which are beyond our control and must be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g., customs duties).

Information on calculating the delivery date

The delivery period begins, in the case of advance payment by bank transfer, on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank, or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends on the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized in the delivery location, the next working day will

apply. If you order several items from us in one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods together in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time for the entire shipment will be the longest delivery time of any item in your order.

Payment information

Advance payment via bank transfer

Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account, specifying the payment reference. We will send you our bank details and the payment reference separately by email as part of the order processing.

PayPal

Payment in just a few steps:

  1. At checkout, select "PayPal" as your payment method.
  2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
  3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal credentials and make the payment.
    If you don't yet have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm the payment. Setting up a PayPal account is not necessary for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and purchase on account via PayPal.
  4. You will then be redirected back to us.
